Miracue runs in the browser your company already approved. Nothing to install, no admin rights, no account needed to read. Scripts stay on the device, speech recognition runs locally, and the app itself carries no analytics at all - our privacy page says exactly that, in plain words. For most IT teams, that is a short review.
It is a web page in Chrome, Edge, Safari or Firefox. No installer, no updates to approve, no administrator rights, and nothing for an endpoint policy to flag. Works on managed Windows machines, Macs and iPads alike.
The one optional install is Miracue for Chrome, the same prompter in the browser's side panel. The store lists exactly what it asks for: read and change your data on miracue.app (the account), the side panel, and storage. Nothing else.
Voice follow runs speech recognition inside the browser, on the device. Audio is never sent anywhere. The model downloads once, about 65 MB, and stays local.
Guest scripts live only in that browser and never reach us. Signed-in scripts are stored encrypted at rest with keys we hold, so they can open on other devices; we do not analyse them or sell anything. Share links carry their own key in the link itself - those we could not read if we wanted to.
The app sends nothing about how anyone uses it. Our public pages count visits with a cookieless, no-personal-data counter; the app itself carries none.
Once loaded with a connection, the app opens and reads without one - useful on set, and reassuring on a network that blocks half the internet anyway.
Miracue is built and run by Lumira Studio, a UK video production company, and used on our own shoots every week. It is not a venture experiment that vanishes next year; it is our own kit.
The prompter is free, with no time caps and no account needed, so most teams need no purchase at all. When someone's work justifies it, Miracue Pro is bought per person through Paddle, our merchant of record: VAT handled, a proper invoice for the finance folder, cancel any time. No sales call, no seat minimums, no annual contract to negotiate.
Teams tend to adopt Miracue the same way every time: one person uses it for a real read, hands a colleague a script by link or QR code, and it spreads from there. We would rather earn a company one presenter at a time than pitch a procurement department.
Yes. The prompter works fully as a guest, and guest scripts stay in the browser on that device; they never reach us. A presenter handed a script by link or QR code needs no account either. Accounts are for people whose scripts need to travel between devices.
For a guest, nothing: scripts stay in the browser and speech recognition runs locally, so audio never leaves the machine. Signed-in scripts are stored with us so they can open on other devices; they are encrypted at rest with keys we hold, and we do not analyse them, use them for advertising, or sell them. Share links are different again: their encryption key lives in the link itself and never reaches us.
The prompter is free, so most teams need no purchase at all. Pro is bought per person through Paddle, our merchant of record, which handles VAT and issues proper invoices your finance team can file. No sales call, no seat contract, cancel any time.
Not off the shelf yet; we are a small studio and we would rather say that plainly than promise it. If your organisation needs specific paperwork, write to us through the contact page and we will tell you honestly what we can do.
And while they read it, the prompter itself is one click away: no install, no account, no meter. That is usually the fastest approval of the week.
